Scotch Bonnet Chedduh Plantain Chips

If you’ve never enjoyed a thick slice of cheddar cheese, between a warm Bajan ‘saltbread’, you’re missing out! We call that a “cheese cutter” in Barbados, and sometimes, we’ll even add a dash of pepper sauce for an extra kick. We know, we know, our vegan Scotch Bonnet Chedduh plantain chips, aren’t quite the same, but they’re pretty darn close!
