ABOUT THE MAKER
Too Much Sugar aka @too.muchsugar is a small bakery producing Asian-inspired patisserie, pastries and snacks. It was started in lockdown when professional chef-founders Winnie and Theo started making cakes and bakes for their neighbours. Since then the business has grown to include bespoke celebration and wedding cakes, events, and wholesale supply. They also creates exquisite seasonal gift boxes for Eastern and Western holidays.
