An award-winning, gluten-free and vegan crispbread.
It's a Swedish-style crispbread, slow-roasted in South London, and packed full of seeds, which makes it naturally high in protein, fibre and omega-6.
This flavour has a beautifully earthy hint of rosemary.
It pairs perfectly with cheeses, dips, or as a snack on its own.
It's disappearingly good, and seriously moreish!
Founded by Angie, Breakin’Bread began with a move from Stockholm to London back in 2013. Having grown up in Sweden, where the shops have endless varieties of crispbread, Angie was missing this taste of home. She had no option but to start baking her own, using her mum's gluten-free and seed-filled recipe. What started as a dinner party staple has now grown to Breakin’Bread: a South London crispbread bakery.
