A light amber coloured, complex, unusual 'Ramato' wine, with notes of white pepper, cherry and wild strawberries. Earthy and slightly tannic, yet it has a soft structure. It is made by fermenting for five days on the skins, then 6 months in old french oak barrels before a light filtration.
