Deukes use minimal human intervention when creating their raw, monofloral honey. Light and silky, this acacia honey is straw-coloured with a delicate flavour. Used as a natural sweetener, it has a mildly floral taste. Pairs well with firm, salty cheeses like pecorino, or over a thick layer of butter on crusty bread.
