Vincenzo's has teamed up with Kick Foods to launch this punchy Italian chilli oil. It's authentically Italian, and designed specifically with pizza in mind.
It's made with a ruby red chilli from Salerno, in Southern Italy, which is suspended in a luxurious blended olive oil.
It's got a salty, intense, umami hit at the start, which quickly dissipates to leave mellower chilli notes. It's spicy, without being uncomfortably spicy!
Drizzle generously straight onto pizza for an intense fiery flavour hit. Mixed it with olive oil or mayonnaise for a mellower chilli taste that's perfect for pizza crust dunking. Or use it in your home cooking: perfect for adding some heat to your pasta, or even to your Sunday roast.
Vincenzo’s pizza is inspired by the old coal oven pizzas from east-coast America. Named by some as the missing link between New York and Neapolitan pizza, it is certainly the definition of “London-style Pizza”: thin, crispy, and charred.
Vincenzo's have collaborated with Kick - three friends running a food business specialising in spice-forward pastes and blends - to launch this first range of products together, designed to elevate your home cooking.
