These cookies have become quite a signature in the Wong household.
They are bright green, chewy, fragrant and incredibly moreish.
They are made with a pandan base. The dough is then studded with white chocolate chips and desiccated coconut, before finally being topped with tangy freeze-dried raspberries to offset the sweetness and add some more colour. Iconic.
This product is baked fresh and made to be enjoyed right away. It has a short shelf life, so savour them while they’re at their best!

Shipped twice a week. Orders placed by 8am Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed by 8am Wednesday are delivered on Friday.
ABOUT THE MAKER
Lil Wong Bakes was set up by founder Sam Wong who describes herself as a ‘small-time baker of big-time flavour’. She is best known for her pandan sandos, which combine two pieces of light and fluffy chiffon cake sandwiched between fresh cream and berries. Her bakes combine Wong’s Hong Kong heritage with her love of British cakes and desserts.
