Dóldora: Moldovan Red Wine

This is a ripe and juicy expression of the Saperavi: a grape hailing from Georgia, well-known for producing punchy red wines. This reputation hasn't been lost in the grape's journey across the Black Sea to the hills of southern Moldova. The result is a refreshing, low intervention wine, bursting with red fruit flavours, and proof that outstanding quality, good value wines still exist. Serve with a bowl of olives, ratatouille, with spiced hummus, or on its own.
