Koya is a Japanese udon noodle bar that first opened in 2010. This chilli oil is a brand signature; made with crunchy cashews, zingy chilli and sansho peppercorns. It has layered texture and flavour. Delicious poured over udon with soy sauce.
The Japanese udon noodle bar first opened in Soho in 2010, specialising in freshly made udon noodles and dashi with simple, paired back interiors. 11 years on, Koya is now serving Head Chef Shuko’s udon, donburi and authentic Japanese small plates from breakfast through to dinner at three London locations. Koya’s Omiyage Chilli Oil and Merchandise is now available on DELLI and via Koya Mail.
