Dukkah Spice Blend

Tacacucina started making products in 2020 at the start of lockdown when the cafe she worked in closed down. Here, she draws inspiration from ancient Egyptian tradition to create their coarser take on dukkah, the beloved North African spice blend. She has combined fennel, coriander, cumin, nigella seeds, pink peppercorns, sesame seeds, hazelnuts, paprika, parsley and sea salt into a versatile seasoning that transforms everyday dishes. Perfect for mixing into olive oil and then drizzling over bread, tossing with pasta, or sprinkling over roasted vegetables. This dukkah depth and texture to everything from hummus to grilled meats and fish.
