Negroni

This version of the classic ruby-red Italian Negroni cocktail is made using Hepple Gin, from the remote hills of Northumberland, which offers the true taste of wild juniper.

Gin is then combined with a classic vermouth and Campar which brings the unique, characteristically bitter taste at the heart of every Negroni.

To serve, pour into an ice filled glass, and enjoy with olives, charcuterie or a cheese board.
