Mum's Mango Hot Sauce

Baj Blazin Hot Sauce started when they made their fathers iconic spicy sauce over Christmas. This one is inspired by Baj's mums homemade mango sauce. This hot sauce is made with a combo of pureed mango and mango chunks alongside scotch bonnet and garlic to give the hot sauce a slightly more sweet flavour! Tastes great on everything including a cheese toastie, in a stir fry or to dunk chips straight in to!
