Dragon Chilli Oil

Mr Bao is an independent Taiwanese restaurant in Peckham that has been serving the local community since 2016. 

Mr Bao's house chilli oil is now available to enjoy at home. It’s based on the co-founder's Dad’s recipe but includes fermented black beans and garlic for added flavour. It has a crispy texture, mild spice from various chillies, and a salty kick from the black beans.

It’s great with dumplings, noodles, or fried rice. For extra flavour, mix one teaspoon of the chilli oil with tamari or light soy sauce!
