Vietnamese Curry Paste

Mother Land was founded by Matt and his retired chef father, Si, to share authentic Vietnamese and Asian flavours inspired by three generations of Nguyen family recipes. A moreish curry paste with complex layers of flavour packed with an aromatic blend of spices and refreshing lemon grass. Cook and use as base for Vietnamese Curry by adding onions, carrot, potato and coconut milk. Add chicken for protein.
