Miyoung makes homemade Korean sauces made from family recipes. Dak-galbi is a beloved Korean dish featuring tender, marinated chicken stir-fried in a rich, gochujang sauce with sweet potatoes, cabbage, and other fresh vegetables. Despite "galbi" meaning "rib" in Korean, no ribs are involved—just flavourful, diced chicken. Simply use four spoonfuls of sauce for every 500g of chicken and veggies, best enjoyed wrapped in lettuce or perilla leaves.
ABOUT THE MAKER
Miyoung Finch founded her namesake brand after relocating to the UK at age 30 where she struggled to find the authentic flavours of her childhood. She opened up her own kitchen to teach people how to cook authentic Korean food at home, a dream she’d had since age 6, and now the brand makes sauces, kimchi, and other Korean products using recipes passed down from Finch’s mother and grandmother.
