Dak-galbi is a beloved Korean dish featuring tender, marinated chicken stir-fried in a rich, gochujang sauce with sweet potatoes, cabbage, and other fresh vegetables. Despite "galbi" meaning "rib" in Korean, no ribs are involved—just flavourful, diced chicken. Simply use four spoonfuls of sauce for every 500g of chicken and veggies, best enjoyed wrapped in lettuce or perilla leaves.
