Maray’s Chilli Crunch is a small-batch, house-made chilli oil packed with onions, garlic, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, chilli flakes, pink peppercorns and a touch of fermented tofu - giving it a proper depth of flavour and a satisfying crunch. It’s rich, savoury and warming, with just the right level of heat and a hint of umami that lingers beautifully. Served in-restaurant with their signature oyster mushroom shawarma, it’s equally lush drizzled over eggs, stirred through noodles or dolloped on your favourite snack.
