It's made from Beanie Bun's house-made aquafaba mayo (made with chickpea stock), which is whipped with mild mustard, Grade-A Canadian maple syrup and fresh ground spices. The result is a perfectly balanced condiment that is better than the sum of its parts.
Use it to dip your chips, dress your salads, or generously dollop on your sandwiches or bagels.
