Little Baobab Chilli Sauce is a fresh and (very) hot sauce with a scotch bonnet base. It's made in the Senegalese style but using Chef Khadim’s mum’s recipe. It goes well with a wide range of dishes bringing that Senegalese kick. A real crowd favourite everywhere we go! Awarded 2 stars in the Great Taste Awards 2024.
ABOUT THE MAKER
Little Baobab is London’s favourite Senegalese restaurant, dedicated to bringing people together through the rich flavours and culture of Senegal, all inspired by the spirit of Teranga. With a restaurant now open at the Africa Centre and a shop in the Peckham Levels Food Hall, there are plenty of opportunities to experience their vibrant, authentic dishes. Over the past five years, they’ve hosted monthly pop-ups with live music in East London, catered at major summer festivals, and built a strong reputation in the catering scene.
