An iconic collaboration between Lind & Lime and Hey Palu changes up the negroni to create a sweet, bitter and balanced twist on a classic!

Hey Palu is a modern Italian bar that brings an apetivio style of drinking to Edinburgh who have placed in the UK Top 50 cocktail bars in 2024, 2023 & 2022.
This ready-to-pour cocktail combines Lind & Lime gin, strawberry vermouth and bianco bitter; it’s sweet, bitter but taking the same ethos as Lind & Lime is balanced. It’s best served over ice or chill it in the freezer for at least an hour. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
