Heriot Hott and Keith Cooks collaborate to create the first of their Fire Series sauces. Introducing the Fire Series 01: Lychees and lemongrass come together to make a sweet, floral and aromatic thai-inspired sauce. Whisky barrel smoked scotch bonnets perfectly compliment these flavours and add some Scottish flair. Flavour is sweet, aromatic and smoky.
