It has a sweet and mellow blend and is packed full of antioxidants. Add 1-2g of matcha to a cup with a splash of water and whisk until all lumps are gone.
ABOUT THE MAKER
JENKI’s 100% ceremonial grade matcha is stone-ground and comes from a family-run farm in Uji, Japan. It was founded in 2020 by Claudia and Ott Boyer. The name Jenki comes from the Japanese word genki, which means life force.
