Their Wholegrain White Quinoa - a protein-rich seed with properties similar to a grain - has a nutty flavor and a fluffy-yet-slightly-crunchy texture — one reason it’s become a modern kitchen staple. Simply rinse and simmer in water for 15 minutes until tender, then fluff with a fork and enjoy it as a side dish, as you would rice.
Hodmedod’s is the brainchild of Nick, Josiah, and William. They are three food lovers on a mission to revive Britain’s lost pulses and grains. With a deep-rooted respect for the land and the farmers who work it, they champion fava beans, lentils, and quinoa grown on British soil. It’s not just about better food: it’s about rethinking farming, flavour, and our relationship with what we eat.
