Emerald Ire Sauce Co was founded by Belfast friends Patrick and Gary, who turned their hot sauce hobby into a business. Proud of their Irish heritage, they craft small‑batch sauces with rich, earthy notes and zesty tang from locally sourced ingredients, each bottle a labour of love.
