Green Chilli, Cumin & Coriander Hot Sauce

A vibrant, fresh, herby hot sauce. The recipe was developed to keep both the favours and the colour super fresh. There are overtones of jalapeños, then roasted cumin seeds bring a warming depth, and the sauce then finishes with a fresh hit of coriander leaf.

This sauce will transform rice bowls, stews, and toasties. It works especially well splashed over pork tacos, as the acidity and freshness from the herbs cuts through the richness of the pork beautifully.
