ABOUT THE MAKER

WilderBee is considered the UK’s original hot honey. They use high-quality, sustainably produced organic wildflower honey infused with fruity and fiery fresh scotch bonnet chillies. It was created by food truck chef Dan Shearman who discovered the sweet and spicy condiment in a New York pizza joint.
