They've crafted a medium roast with indulgent dark chocolate, butter, and hazelnut notes that delivers remarkably low acidity and a clean finish. The Yellow and Red Catuai varietals, grown between 1250-1450m, create a bright and balanced coffee that's perfect as a morning espresso or black filter coffee. Through direct trade partnerships, they support exceptional producers while ensuring lab-certified consistency and reliable caffeine levels.
