Family-run Skinny Malinky’s makes hot sauces that are full of flavour and taste. This version uses fermented orange mixed with garlic, ginger, chilli, and lime leaf. Zingy and hot, it has fresh basil and coriander as a finish. Use as a dip or glaze over duck.
