ABOUT THE MAKER

White Mausu are a small Irish company making the kind of store-cupboard essentials you can’t imagine being without. Their chilli oils and rāyu have worked their way up from early Dublin market stalls to take pride of place alongside everyday icons like ketchups, mayos and mustards.

They source the tastiest ingredients they can get their hands on, crafting small-batch jars of what their first fans affectionately nicknamed “craic sauce.” With a background in kitchens, they’re obsessed with flavour balance—bringing restaurant-level deliciousness into home cooking, one spoonful at a time.
