A well-rounded, umami sauce to serve with dumplings. Pair it with store-bought dumplings to bring that restaurant experience to your home cooking!

Made with gluten-free soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, onions and fresh chillies, this pre-mixed sauce is sweet, tangy and a bit spicy. And addictive.

Serve it with any type of steamed or pan-fried dumpling, like mandu, gyoza, xia long bao. Or use as a dipping sauce for shabu shabu.
