Tacacucina started making products in 2020 at the start of lockdown when her cafe closed down. This fiery spice blend is made from roasted peanuts, sesame seeds and gochugaru and lets you create your own chilli oil at home! Simply add oil and soy sauce to create fresh rayu at home, or sprinkle it straight from the packet as a savoury seasoning. This versatile blend transforms eggs, noodles, rice, and vegetables with its rich, nutty flavour.
