Aged for six months in Oloroso sherry casks, this 44% ABV Cask Aged Gin is smooth, complex and seriously elegant. Think walnut and dried fruit on the nose, rich hazelnut and soft oak on the palate, and a gentle warmth from pink peppercorns to round it all out. Layered, balanced and subtly nutty, it’s made for sipping slowly—neat, on the rocks, or however you like to take your time. ABV: 44%
