It's more nutritionally-dense and most importantly, has a super intense and deep flavour. Great as a hot drink, to make a ramen broth or as a chef-grade stock. Our roast chicken broth is infused with parsley and thyme, and rounded off with a splash of Apple Cyder Vinegar.
