ABOUT THE MAKER

Ama’s is a love letter to Rachel Ama’s roots — created by the cookbook author, chef, and sauce obsessive herself. After years of side-eyeing sugar-loaded, watered-down condiments with ingredient lists she didn’t even recognise in the supermarkets, she started making her own in her London kitchen. Inspired by her Caribbean heritage, every jar is packed with real ingredients, real flavour, and no nonsense.

Ama’s is on a mission to bring bold, addictive Caribbean flavour to everyone’s table - with all the heat, and none of the compromise.
