Ahi is a small-batch hot sauce maker blending global flavours with serious heat from their UK kitchen. This trio covers the full heat spectrum: the V8 Extreme turns up the fire with Carolina Reapers, lime pickle and tamarind for a tangy, smoky blast; Spice Fig leans sweet with fig, apple and warming spices like cardamom and cinnamon; and Ahi Original keeps it classic – peppery, punchy and deeply savoury with red habaneros, sesame oil and tamari. Drizzle on roasted veg, eggs, tacos or anything that needs a lift.
