Zingi Bear was created by Laurie after a Young Innovators competition sparked his passion for food and drink. Inspired by the craft beer movement and switchel, they set out to make an organic ginger drink with bite and layers of flavour. Made with just five natural ingredients—including ginger, lemon, acacia honey, raw apple cider vinegar and sea salt—Zingi Bear refuses to use concentrates or artificial additives. Crafted in the Lake District, their drinks are now poured in top restaurants and celebrate quality over quantity.
