MISKI was founded by Estela Arredondo, a Mexican-born creative who, missing the flavours of home, began sharing authentic Mexican cuisine through Pop-Ups and markets in the UK. What started with catering and takeaways grew into a vibrant range of handmade salsas, mole, sweet treats, and artisan kitchenware. Her mission is to bring the true taste of México to every table, one flavourful bite at a time.
