Mama Yu is a Malaysian Chinese chilli oil company founded by Xien and her chef mum, Jolene. Together, the pair make a range of handmade oils using recipes passed down through their family. The brand started as a kitchen experiment with 30 jars and a single flavour sold exclusively through DELLI.
