LAVERDE started in London in 2024 from a single observation: the "premium Sicilian" pantry sold across the UK bears little resemblance to what Sicilian families actually cook from. We work directly with multi-generation family producers in Caltanissetta, Sicily, importing single-estate, cold-pressed Biancolilla EVOO and raw honey from a single November harvest — alongside Madrigal specialty coffee from Colombia and Sicilian black lentils, sourced without a distributor in between. Our mission is simple: make honest provenance the standard for the Mediterranean pantry in British kitchens, not a luxury reserved for a few.
