Juno Preserves is a small-batch preserves brand based in Glasgow, founded by chef Mhari Fraser during the 2020 lockdown. With time away from the kitchen and a drive to go independent, Mhari began experimenting with traditional preserving methods, infused with her love for bold, unexpected flavour combinations. Named after her rescue dog Juno, the brand reflects a playful, personal approach to preserving—crafting vibrant jams and marmalades that go just as well on toast as they do stirred into yoghurt or spooned over ice cream. Juno Preserves is all about small batches, big flavour, and a little joy in every jar.
