Hailing from the East Neuk of Fife in Scotland, chef Alistair Munro grew up surrounded by the finest produce and some incredible food institutions. In 2021 he founded Alberta’s, during lockdown in Brighton, which received cult status and local acclaim. Handmade Japanese sub rolls, also take centre stage, with premium, restaurant grade produce and expertly fried chicken.
