Dudu Thai Chilli Oil is a labour of love from a Chinese mother-daughter chef duo, inspired by their time living in Thailand and the search for a chilli oil infused with the rich aroma of Thai herbs.

Slow-cooked with galangal, lime leaf, lemongrass, shallots, and garlic, it’s a deeply fragrant oil with a naturally fermented, jammy umami base. With a satisfying heat and crunchy roasted peanuts, it brings a burst of authentic Thai fragrance to any dish.

Add to noodles, soups, stir-fried greens, or fried eggs and rice - for its bold, aromatic flavour.
