A special and unusual English sparkling red wine. Made in the 'col fondo' method from Rondo grapes grown in Hampshire, this is a deep red, inky, juicy sparkling red wine. With notes of cherries, sloe berries and blackcurrants this wine still contains the sediment from the fermentation in bottle.
This sparkling red wine from the 'pressings' of the Rondo grapes, this wine has a tendency to be a little more unusual, richer, tannic and bold. Get this wine lovely and cold and enjoy! The wine is completely dry and no sugar was added. It is very fizzy, but because of the style of wine and the colour, expect this wine to lose the fizz quicker than your usual sparkler.
