Probiotic Gut Shots: Jalapeño & Lime

Savvy's riff on a Salvadoran curtido, this has flavours of fresh jalapeño chillis, lime, oregano and smoked paprika. It's packed with vitamins C and A and also contain capsaicin, which has been linked to natural pain-relieving properties. Limes are packed with vitamin C helping to boost immunity.

There are several ways to charge up your gut microbiome. For example, you can:
