Probiotic Gut Shots: Fennel & Chipotle

A smoky, sweet and spicy brine, made from fennel, chipotle chilli and white cabbage. Fennel is a medicinal plant with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial effects. Chipotle chillies contain capsaicin which can help with pain relief and support weight loss along with a controlled diet.
