Probiotic Gut Shots: Chilli & Dill Beetroot

A delicious tangy brine, flavoured with earthy beetroot, warming chilli and sweet fragrant dill.

Beetroots are a superfood with good reason. As well as being anti-inflammatory, they can also help to boost your energy. Dill has been suggested to have blood-sugar-lowering effects and is rich in antioxidants.

There are several ways to charge up your gut microbiome. For example, you can:
