Known for their natural fermentation process, the brand’s signature hot peppers have been cold smoked over whisky cask oak sawdust. Kold Sauce makes small-batch hot sauce in London. Born in the States, the brand takes inspiration from the signature bright red American hot pepper sauce founder Drew Wolf grew up eating. Their version, however, uses only natural ingredients and the power of fermentation.
