A few years ago my Auntie Dang came over with a huge kilner jar of her tamarind sauce. I remember trying it for the first time and was completely blown away - I'd never had anything like it. I knew then and there that I wanted to share it with the world and so The Woolf's Kitchen was born!
I've jarred a few of my favourite recipes. Chilli Crunch - an addictive crispy chilli oil; Umami Bang - a sticky umami-packed chilli oil; Nam Prik Pow! - my versatile flavour-bomb of a cooking paste; Tamarind Ketchup - an all-round condiment inspired by my Thai auntie's recipe; and my fruity Jalapeño + Lime hot sauce.
